Aisyah was called to the Bar on the 6th of August 1999. Before conceiving HC, Aisyah was attached to various leading law firms where she honed her legal skills and gained valuable experience that has equipped her with the ability to provide quality legal services to her clients.

Aisyah is an honours graduate from the International Islamic University Malaysia where she was ranked in the top five of her year. She not only excelled academically, Aisyah also represented Malaysia in several international law competitions and was successful in securing the Championship, namely the Louis M Brown and ALSA international competitions. With academia behind her, she attended her pupillage under the august firm of KM Chye & Partners and was retained there to practice admiralty and shipping law. During her time there, aside from admiralty and shipping law, she also gained valuable practicing experience in the areas of litigation and corporate law.

Aisyah later joined two other legal firms where she further honed her skills in litigation and added two other areas of practice to her burgeoning portfolio: conveyancing and intellectual property.

In 2007, Aisyah founded HC together with Ms. Mahaizan Omar and is the managing partner until today. In 2010, Aisyah expanded further her practice to include general litigation with an emphasis on strata properties, contractual as well as commercial disputes. With her vast experience in different areas of the law and intelligent but creative work approach, Aisyah has managed to secure many legal victories both in the High Court, the Court of Appeal, and at the negotiating table. Her versatility and connections have allowed HC to expand and thrive for the last 15 years.

Aside from handling all litigation matters delineated under Dispute Resolution and Real Estate stated above, Aisyah has also negotiated many government contracts on behalf of her clients and was instrumental in drafting the off-street parking contracts between state governments and HC’s clients. These contracts involved Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, Majlis Bandaraya Kota Bharu, and state authorities in Kuala Terengganu and Kuantan.
