Amongst our achievements:

Represented Nagoya Inc., a Japanese company in the recovery of debt from their Malaysian vendors/contractors. To date, we have recovered more than RM5 million.

Represented Eng Inc., a Japanese company in the recovery of debt from their Malaysian vendors/contractors. Total to date recovery amounting to RM13 million.

In Dec 2021, HC has successfully negotiated a settlement in the form of a Consent Order for the division of partnership assets amounting to 6 approximately RM80 million.

Successfully obtained an interim injunction for the preservation of assets worth approximately RM80 million in the High Court.

In 2022, HC obtained a declaration from the Court that a Management Corporation has acted illegally in imposing wrongful charges of approximately RM1 million since 2008.

HC successfully defended and cause three ex parte injunctions to be lifted in 2023.

Successfully struck out frivolous lawsuits by husband in a family law matter in 2023.

Successfully negotiated a tripartite settlement agreement between two US companies against our client and obtained an order to strike out the claim without liberty to file afresh.
